Cancellation Policy
At EstheticsHD I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure I can serve all of my clients in a timely manner, I have established the following cancellation policy:
•48-Hour Notice: I kindly request that clients provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client on the waitlist.
•Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit made when booking your appointment will be non-refundable.
•No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
•Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
•Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your scheduled service, and the full service fee will still apply.
